I took my car in to Maaco in Gaithersburg on Beechcraft for an estimate. I had a parking column kiss on the rear passenger side door. I was greeted by Christina, who took care of my case soup to nuts. She gave me a quick quote for the repair complete with an estimated time frame for completion. Every expectation she set was met and she did a great job of communicating the completion date, the pricing, and any options. The finished product looked great and they even washed the car, which is great as it was very dirty due to the snow and salt. I would definitely use this Maaco again in the future and Christina was a big part of making the experience a positive one.

I'm extremely happy with the services that I received from Maaco in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The team is pleasant and professional. They were just as excited as me about my project. When I went for my estimate, the owner conducted the estimate which I appreciate because customer service is important to him. I departed feeling confident that I left my vehicle at the right place. Not only the owner, but the management team also listened to understand what was important to me. They were clear on the expected turn-around time which worked perfectly for my schedule. I had a small budget and they remained within it. There weren't any surprises when my vehicle was ready. One of my accessory/removable parts was painted a solid color when it needed to be two-tone. Unclear communication on my part. We discussed it and they fixed it with no problem. I left it for an additional couple of days. I strongly recommend bringing your business to this Maaco. They are awesome.

It was honestly what I expected and much more. They have a great team of hard-working ambitious people. They took our factory finish paint which unfortunately was severely peeling [it looked like a puppy face on the back quarter panel of the car] and turned it into a real gem. We are completely happy and will definitely use them in the future!
