Dave provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced - from anywhere. He asked thoughtful questions, did research, came up with a plan, and went about making my car feel s good as it did the day I rolled it off the lot, 250,000 miles ago. His knowledge of and passion for cars is obvious. His communication throughout was timely and thorough. I will absolutely take my car there again.

Wow, great first experience with the owner Dave! I had a Subaru Outback with a blown serpentine belt and a Toyota Solara with a squeal in the belt with start up. Dave handled all of my questions and was able to get both cars repaired quickly so I could still leave for my trip tonight. He was conscientious, honest (!) and very fair on his pricing. We are fortunate to have this caliber of personalized repair shop right here in Shady Side!! Super cute pup too ? Thank you Dave!

Took my 20+ year old RAV4 here to have a new radiator installed, it was right before Christmas and we wanted to take my car on an out of town trip. He worked on the car quickly and when he ran into unexpected trouble and had to order a part, it was only 1 extra day. The job was done well, the price was upfront.
