Have owned and leased countless cars over the last 20 years and have used Mesler’s for all my autobody needs. Every vehicle Fred and team restored was restored to spec and with no imperfections, which is important particularly with the European leases since they are heavily scrutinized for imperfections upon return. With each repair service, Fred has always been professional, courteous and upfront and direct with the estimates and timing for the repair. This ensured there were no surprises and more importantly no shortcuts to safety or quality of the work and why not one car that was returned or dealer traded was ever sited for imperfection. in short, you get what you pay for, the work be done right or not at all in his shop, a philosophy I also abide by. Lastly, due to the collective positive experience throughout the years with Mesler’s addressing my autobody needs, I recommend Mesler’s without hesitation to all friends and family, who are always the greatest critics if their experiences don’t mimic mine. I’m happy to say, I’ve yet to lose a friend or family member, reaffirming the quality and personal service Fred and team at Mesler’s provides.

Kindness When I Needed It Most I had one of those “not now” days when my car broke down on the way to urgent care. While I was waiting for the tow truck, George from the Valero gas station noticed I was stopped in a dangerous spot and came over to check on me. Even though I wasn’t there for service, he helped me move my car to a safer area and made sure I was okay. That kind of kindness is rare and meant so much in a stressful moment. Maria’s Towing also arrived quickly, and the driver was incredibly friendly and professional. He checked the car, took photos, explained what he thought might be wrong, and made sure I stayed warm and dry in the truck while he loaded my car in the rain. Both George and the tow truck driver turned a really difficult day into something a little easier. I’m truly grateful for their help and compassion.
