Great customer service definitely keeps me coming back. They’re also pretty genuine with pricing and work needed. I try to stay ahead on my car maintenance, but they never make me feel like I have to get something and in fact on multiple occasions let me know that I could probably even wait a little longer if I wanted.

We’ve used Dale’s since moving to St. Michael in 1998, but it’s been several years since we needed them. Last week with the first snowfall, the front end of our Ranger feels “loose” at higher speeds even on dry pavement. We know going in they’re busy but err on the side of safety. Being down a vehicle sucks. Crashing sucks more! Fast forward a week and they get it into the shop, let it thaw overnight, drive it, and check bearings, suspension, and steering components. Nothing! Lower ball joints show some wear but just need to be monitored for now. All that said, $34 hoist fee!!! If you want honest, friendly, family owned, hometown, competent auto repairs, you can’t ask for more. Edit: I forgot to mention they noticed the skid plate was a little loose and tightened up the fasteners before bringing it off the lift!
