I brought my 2016 Chevrolet suburban to this shop for a continuous electric cooling fan running issue. I informed them(Patrick), that I just prior, to dropping it off that I replaced the temperature coolant sensor. When I picked up my vehicle this morning, Monday, March 9th, they had fixed the problem. It was a bad thermostat. But not only did they charge me thermostat part and labor, they also charged me for a new temperature coolant sensor and labor! But now it gets even better, the took it upon themselves to perform UNAUTHORIZED car repairs and change my lower ball joints WITHOUT contacting me and without My Approval!! To the tune of over $2000.00!! My warranty covered it, but I will be letting the people know who i purchased my extended warranty from Exactly What TGK Auto did!! That's flippin criminal!!
