Don't use this towing company...they don't know what they are doing!! They messed up my truck big time! My drivers door went the other way had to get a new door and new front panel front end enlightenment and where he put the chains ⛓️to put it on the flat bed took him 3 hours and messed up the skid plate came off after got my truck back from the body shop it's been a nightmare and had to pay for the enlightenment and skid plate that should of been on them also ? my truck will never be the same now! So bummed ? only thing that was ok about the whole thing was Adam's body shop was awesome!

My wife and I were on a road trip from New England down through Mississippi when we broke down in a tiny town with no mechanic. We were pretty worried, since it was late in the afternoon. But AAA put us in touch with JR. He drove out to where we were and brought us and the car to Columbus. He was professional and kind. He even dropped us off at our motel before taking the car to the dealership on his own to drop it off. The car was fixed the next day and our trip was rescued. And we are deeply grateful!
