Was able to get help late Saturday evening on a holiday which is unheard of! They came quickly and instead of just towing us they went above and beyond by helping us change our rear inside RV tire. He was so friendly and helped make a stressful situation better! Such a nice person and funny! We were blessed to find them! Would give 6 stars if it was an option ⭐️

I had a collision on the way home from a nursing school conference while my husband was deployed. I had to have my car removed from the side of the road within a certain amount of time so we called A&W Towing. They ended up charging an astronomical amount to pick up the car and store it overnight ($1200+) before we had a friend come pick it up. We live outside of Meridian so it’s not like it was that cost to bring it to our local body shop. The price was just for removing it from the road and taking it to their lot in Columbus. The bill included a $200+ administrative fee along with a ridiculous gate fee and other nonsense fees. I would never recommend this company. See photo attached of how they respond to customers.
