The hydraulics in my car went out on the front left side, and it was sitting almost on the tire. I drive an S class and they have to remain flat so it needed to be on a Rollback. Because of the way the front end was sitting there was no way for them to hook to the car and pull it to get it up on the rollback, but Robert brought two by fours in long links and shorter links and rigged away to get my car up on that truck. I was a nervous wreck. Robert took time and patience to explain to me everything that he was doing to my car and that he promised he would not damage it and he did not. He got it up there because he couldn’t hook a chain to it. He brought tire straps to lock it onto his truck. I would recommend final touch wrecker service to anyone and especially Robert!

Honestly, this is actually the best service I’ve ever had my entire life dealing with a towing company. My boyfriend got pulled over and his car was towed unfortunately. My daughter’s car broke down today. Alternator went out. I called Final Touch Wrecker Service and talked to Rachel who was most helpful. She sent Robert to the location where my daughter was broke down. I got there just after he did. Robert so kind and polite and so very helpful.
