Be aware of these road pirates, they are un-honest and deceiving company. Flag City Towing will tell you one price to lure you in and once they come out and hook up the truck they start their ransom show where they requested absurd amount of money and threaten with taking your truck and trailer in their yard and pilling up bill extremely high. We called them to winch out our truck and they told us $750 to winch the truck out which was their hourly rate but they assured us they will charge only $750. Once they hooked up the truck they demanded $3500 cash or they would take our truck and loaded trailer to their yard. As we were aware we were working with road pirates here we had to be very cautious and offered them to pay $2250 just so they can release our truck and loaded trailer and once again the only payment option was cash or efs since they refuse credit cards because they are aware they are doing shady things and they would get charge back for it. Flag City Towing has some kind of internal deal with Moss Solar company that does solar panel installation in fields and Moss Solar employees are cooperating with Flag City Towing and will purposely get your truck stuck in the mud so they can call these road pirates to ransom money form carriers since the same day our truck was there it was 6 other trucks instructed by same employees that got stuck exactly the same way. Moss Solar was refusing to pay the towing but they demanded only Flag City Towing to come to their field even there were multiple other and cheaper options available near by. We have all recorded conversations, photos and videos and we will take the Moss Solar and Flag City Towing to Court for this ransom!!!

Today 6/19/25 around or about 9:50am, a driver for this company was illegally tailgating my vehicle’s bumper from off of the interstate 78, following me onto Hacks Cross and being a threat to public safety. This driver may not care about the well-being of theif life and their truck, but I certainly do care about mine and I don’t appreciate this driver’s inconsiderate, selfish and reckless endangerment. You are not the only person on the road, you are not the only person who has to get to a certain place at a certain time and you are not exempt from the traffic laws ?!!!
