I see a lot of bad reviews, but here's mine: they towed my 2026 Hyundai, and I had a watch worth $500 in it. My watch was still there. They are honest people and they helped me super fast.

Lady that answered the phone was initially very rude. I called when my car was wrecked and towed to come get the car then but they told me they were closed for new years eve and wouldn't open until the following Monday. I think it's so so so unfair to have to pay for storage on days that they're closed. New year's eve was on wed when they opened today (Monday) I was there but had to pay 480.00. Cash to get my car out. Then was told I couldn't tow it out myself on a trailer or chain it had to be pulled with a wrecker so in different words they would do it but would charge me for that also. So on top of already having a scary experience with having an accident they make it worse by just being rude and making you feel like you have no choices (which I didn't other than to just pay the 480 to get my car back; seems fair to me to even only charge half the price for days that your closed. That would seem fair. But hey what 'choice' do we have?!?! No choice!!! gotta pay!!! And if U can't get it and have to wait u just have to pay more when you do!! AND!!!! get talked to crazy at the same time! Smh yall should make better choices! Also seems a little weird that all Ur 5 star rating reviews are worded the same with the same story line....like . .wow how come I don't know my drivers name???? Lol lol guess they got along so good they all got on first name levels and remembered their names BC their service was so outstanding. Well why in the hell do you pick and choose who Ur nice too??? And how come u couldn't choose me?;?;?! Lol lol smh shame on y'all. At least try and Make the lies on here look realistic anyways. Smh

They towed a car of ours that was wrecked, but was in decent condition (the airbags deployed, but it could be driven but because of the airbags the police denied us). They charge 40$ every day they keep it, and charged a lot of fees up-front, and to top it all off, they did not make us aware of the accruing costs until several days had passed. The very first notice we received notified us of several 100’s of dollars in charges related to holding fees, and so the first bill we got was around $1,000. Of course, we aren’t that well off, and couldn’t afford that for the car, so we had to essentially forfeit one of our vehicles.When we finally found the title to retrieve our belongings from the car, the staff there were very hostile and unaccommodating. They wouldn’t allow us to retrieve our car’s battery, and borderline threatened us with their behavior. I whole—heartedly believe this is one of the vilest places on this green earth. The only way they can make money is by scamming people out of their cars by demanding exorbitant fees.
