I was in town for the funeral of immediate family in Hernando. After funeral service was over my car would not crank and it was after 8pm at night. I had to get a ride to my hotel and that night I researched local auto repair shops in the area. After researching and reading all the reviews Pounders Repair stood out from the rest. I called them the next morning got a tow to their shop and they quickly hooked up my car for diagnostics. They were able to get my car started and suggested I drive it the 6 hours home to get a complete check on my car from my dealer. After all this there was no charge for their time spent. If I lived in the Hernando area Pounders would be the place I would go. If you If live in the area and have car problems I would definitely use them and trust them for their honesty and integrity.

They are my GO TO! They are so knowledgeable & HONEST! Did I mention how AFFORDABLE they are?! I love this shop. They’ve become like family. They always know me BY NAME when I call. Their turnaround time is amazing. It’s just overall the best experience each time, especially being a woman. It’s hard to find people that won’t try to take advantage of you during a bad time. I refer everyone to them. Even if you live in Memphis, they are worth the short drive.
