I think there was a mix up with my 2hr flyer order and it was delayed. But the workers in the paper area said they’d get it done before the end of the day (1.5 hours before close). They got it done, called me to let me know and were super nice. It looks great as well! Great customer service at the print center on 12/12 evening shift.

If I could give a zero - no star- I would. I ordered a laptop week or so ago in the store. First off, the store associate allowed me to order a discontinued item. Days later I called to check the status of the order since I hadn’t heard anything to find out it was discontinued and I shouldn’t have been charged the total of $900 until the order was filled. Then the solution was to cancel my current order and to order the next similar item which was $200 more. Therefore another $1000 out of pocket as I waited 7-10 business for a refund from the first mistake they made. Being in the retail industry for over 25 years, you make a mistake you make it right not at customer cost but your cost. This has been an example of what not to do in customer service industry. Lesson learned I Will go elsewhere to get my get my product.

I tried to use the rewards dollars that I had accumulated, and the Arnold, MO store refused to honor them. Wouldn't even give me a reason. I even showed them my e-mail message from Office Depot, verifying that I had reward dollars. They still refused to honor or accept them, again, with no reason given. Then, when I asked for the name of the store manager, I was told that they were not "permitted" to give that information. Wow. Needless to say, I won't be back.
