I called Lewis Towing on a Wednesday morning to tow my classic Volkswagen Westfalia Vanagon. Dispatch informed me it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours before they would arrive. Twenty minutes before the 1 1/2-hour mark, the driver phoned to say he would arrive in 20 minutes, which he did. The driver was courteous and professional, and the tow truck was immaculate, which instilled confidence in Lewis Towing. If I need a tow again for any of my cars, I will call Lewis Towing. On a side note, the driver commented on what good shape my 1985 Westflia was in, and I always enjoy hearing those compliments.

My truck broke down in desoto,mo where they are located. He said they will have someone over right away. Called at 10:34 am. Called several times sense then. It is now 3:20 pm. Won't answer the phone left a couple of voice mail with name and phone # still no call back or updates of any kind.
