I ask about product or if he had a suggestion that could help me with a issue and he walked me to the item, opened and showed me exactly how it worked to make it was exactly what I was looking for and it was a siphoning pump! I ordered in advance a day prior to picking it up, the store was pretty empty, there was 1 employee helping someone in the parking lot with a battery, I was the only other customer there and no one at the counter to help anyone, I stood around for 10 minutes before someone came to help. One of the parts I bought turned out to be defective and this is the only store nearby with a replacement they are supposed to be open until 9pm, I have been calling back to back since 8:25pm and I cannot get anyone to answer the phone at the Lake St Louis, MO location to find out if they truly have the item. BS, I sure hope they actually open at 7:30 am, I'll be waiting at the door.
