Late review, but still worth posting. I rented a defective vehicle from Alamo/Budget in St. Louis. I was driving through Edgar springs when both of my back tires went flat. No one would help me. The State trooper finally arrived and directed me to give C and C a call. Steve was there in excellent time. He came and talked to me, made me feel comfortable. I was in tears. He took me to a tire shop that got me in and out in great time for me to go where I needed to go. He was ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIC!!! To the point where I , today, 6 months later, had to go and find him and thank him again for all of his help. If there were more people like him, the world would be a better place. Thank you sooo much Steve!!!

In handling my partners car they dropped her car off the bed of the truck showing clear negligence. When she went in to figure out what happened to the car, because there is damage that wasn't there before. They then lied to her outright saying they didn't know anything of it and it was like that from before they picked it up. This is not a fake review. This is real. The story gets worse but I'll save the time for whoever is reading this. Please, for your sake, do not do business with these people. They will lie to your face and try to trespass you while you.
