Requested road service for tire blowout. Kept changing timeline every time I called. First it was 1 hour. Then it was they were loading up be there in 1 hour 30 mins. Then it will be 2 hours. Then they will be there in another 2 hours. Still waiting.

Great experience with this shop. I had a valve stem come loose on a tire which caused the tire to deflate. Nice group of guys that didn't try to up sell me or try to sell me a new tire, simply repaired the valve stem and charged me a nominal fee. Pleasant demeanors and seemed to be good comaraderie amongst the staff.

Had to call them out to replace a blown tire with my spare and still cost me over $700.00. When i questioned the tech about it he said there was almost $200 in shop supplies. Im like what the hell, all you used was grease and air! I've always had pretty good experiences with boss shops but you damn site bet I'll never call this ripoff shop out again and told them as much when I spoke to Adam back at the shop. Not to mention he was very rude and hung up on me. Would avoid this shop at all costs if possible my friends unless of course you just like throwing money away.
