Very friendly staff. My car looks great again. They matched the paint and they even wiped the inside of my car down, which was a pleasant surprise when I picked it up. Had a problem with the light not being calibrated right(hard to do during daylight) and said if I have any trouble to just bring it in and they would do it again til they got it right. Absolutely love their customer service and price was better than 3 other shops I got quoted from. Kept me informed of when to pick up and did the repair quickly and efficiently.

I live in Mammoth and needed some auto body repair work done. Unfortunately, there aren’t any reliable auto body shops in Mammoth, and the ones in Bishop only provided quotes during specific hours on certain days of the week. The only shop that did give me a quote had a four-week turnaround time. I decided to reach out to Mort's because they had great reviews online, and I'm glad I did. I spoke with Sonia over the phone, and I was able to email her photos of the work I needed. She got back to me with a quote within an hour. I was informed that the quote was just an estimate and could change once they began the work. They had my truck ready in just seven business days, and the bodywork and paint match were perfect. Best of all, the quote was accurate—no surprises. Although I hope not to need auto body work in the future, if I do, I’ll definitely return to Mort's, and I would recommend you do the same.
