This place deserves 5 stars hands down, but Jim gets 10. Our Cadillac blew the water pump 15 miles south of Boulder, Jim got us the parts we needed by 3pm and we were back to repair the car. Well it wasn't the pump but the belt and we had no idea what we were going to do. I'm NOT a mechanic, and know just enough to get myself in trouble. Jim went above and beyond to ask some questions and help us out. We got all the tools we needed from Jim. He was courteous patient and very kind. Thank you Jim.

My car has been slow to start for a couple of days. When I arrived Mason seemed to be the only one there, and instead of just selling me a battery he made sure to test the old one first to verify that I more than likely needed a new one. He provided a few options depending on my needs. With the store being as busy as it was he was still pleasant and professional while installing my new battery. I was very pleased with the service I received.
