Driver and yard manager was helpful and kind. Also very neat and tidy yard. Company policy did not allow my mom to retrieve personal items from vehicle after an accident. We were upset. He handled the situation calmly.

Our tower, Jason, was timely, kind, and very helpful. He must have had to go out of his way to make sure we got home safely from the side of I-80 at 11:30pm on a Sunday. He did this faster and with more compassion than Triple A was willing to do. For this we are extremely grateful. In the future, if we were to have roadside difficulties, we will be sure to call Cal Nevada Towing before considering AAA service.

Requested winch services. Stuck in the sand about 30 ft from pavement. Sassy and unclear on the phone for no reason. After about 20 minutes we called back to try and check if our tow was on its way, they confirmed it was and would call us when close to the location. They also stated the driver was a few blocks from our area. They called back awhile later to notify us they were further than they had thought and would not be coming after all. Referred us to a “local service” called Custom Towing in Fallon. Way easier to deal with, we’ll see if they actually show up. 1 star because we are in a desert with a dog and that sort of uncertainty is dangerous and not in the spirit of clear communication or good service.
