They really go above and beyond to address what needs to be done, without the unnecessary work dealers and shops try to talk you into doing. Don’t let the “interesting” location make you think twice. These guys are knowledgeable, honest and reasonably priced, and your car will be well protected. One visit and you’re sure to see that they choose the long game - quality work, honesty and fair oricing, which means repeat business which is well deserved. What they are not is the one and done attitude of pushing you to do unnecessary work and taking advantage for a single payday, knowing you are highly unlikely to return.

My X5 50i was hovering around 100k miles and I needed all of the fluids (transmission, transfer case, differentials) changed and I was getting some electronic errors codes, as well. My regular technician didn't mind working on my others cars (Nissan and Cadillac), but he recommended Total Precision because he didn't feel as comfortable dealing with a BMW and he is an excellent tech. When I got to Total Precision, they asked the right questions about the symptoms the car was exhibiting and they handled the job within several hours. Their pricing was very fair and my car absolutely drives more nicely now...!

I have been using this shop for 6 years and they always have been honest with me on prices and repairs. I had my valve seals done on my x5 4.8 along with alternator, coolant pipe, battery, water pump and a few other things and they did a very good job. They treat your vehicle as if it was theirs. I'm so grateful to have found a shop like this.
