Wow: You know what is said ,it’s hard to find a good mechanic. Well I found Mikes Service. But beforehand I took my jeep to the dealership for service, (very costly. ) The last time they said I needed to replace my heater core, So that’s when I found out about Mikes Service ,took my jeep to them to confirm if it needed a new heater core. Mike said it only needed a cheap thermostat to fix. (SAVED HUNDREDS …. SO Very Honest ) That when I asked , do you also service High performance Mustangs and Mike said without hesitation that’s my favorite engine (Coyote ) Well needless to say that my Jeep and Mustang will only and always be Serviced @ Mikes Service Center. VERY friendly, Knowledgeable, trustworthy and the prices are also fair and reasonable.

Let me ABUNDANTLY CLEAR, Do Not! I repeat DO NOT get your car serviced at: Mike’s Service Center, 400 UNION AVENUE - BELLEVILLE, NEW JERSEY 07109 With an issue of overheating of my vehicle I was in constant communication with Mike service center to resolve the issue, however, I was told the issue was the coolant engine fan. After I was assured that this was the issue of the overheating I was charged about my way, whoever the issue was still persistent, and I immediately reached out to my service center to give them the opportunity to resolve the issue. Finally the bled the system for air. However the issue was still present. I brought this to Mike Junior, the son Now, at this particular time, I spoke to the son Mike Junior, the younger owner. I was explaining the issue in detail so he can make a proper diagnosis while I was on the phone. He continued to ( Brush me) off as he seemed annoyed or busy. I found it quite rude because I’ve seen him have this attitude towards other customers while in the shop despite how I felt, I brought my vehicle in because the issue was urgent and needed immediate attention. Why trying to explain the issues to him and show him the temperature gauge via photo and video of what was going on under my hood to assist him, he continued to walk out of my face and said “yes I understand your car is overheating “ loudly. So I dropped the car off on Saturday with expectations to get it on Monday, which I did, he explained to me that Monday when I called that there was air in the system and bled the system for me, he told me that there shouldn’t be any other issues with overheating and that he test drove it, and there was no overheating. Free of charge he said, which was reasonable due to it was about the THRID TIME I brought it. Now I drove it that that night and the car was still overheating so I decided to call because Tuesday 11/04/2025 the issue was still persistent. Mike Junior the son was not receptive to what I was explaining to him about my vehicle. He seem very annoyed when I was explaining to him when I asked him what it could be for clarity because I didn’t know if I needed to get my own parts because the issue started to become costly. He decided to be very disrespectful and loud proceeded to hang the phone up in my ear. At the moment I decided to visit the shop to bring the car when I arrived I asked him when have I ever been disrespectful to you, he replied that I had never been disrespectful to him, but I was asking stupid questions and I keep calling about my vehicle. He was obviously frustrated or annoyed that he couldn’t properly fix the vehicle and that I was persistent to try to get it fixed. So this was my fourth time trying to get the car fixed. I returned my vehicle to the shop because I wanted to give them the opportunity to resolve the issue, however, I was met with Mike Junior the son, with this disrespectful attitude and tone vulgarity and a persistent problem that my car was not fixed and still overheating. I feel like I paid for nothing. He was more than rude and disrespectful yelling at me and telling me that I can take my business elsewhere when all I was looking for was clarity to try to get my car fixed. I will never conduct business with them ever again. Mike Junior, the son did not conduct himself in a professional manner or like a proper businessman, this individual is not an honorable man and cannot perform under work-life stress its unfortunate. This is how he treats his customers because as he claims he has a good reputation my experience was horrific. Please do not get your car serviced here. You will have continuous problems and you will be back shortly. HIS ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOR AND BUSINESS WAS UNACCEPTABLE. Please RELASE THE TAPE of our encounter on November 4th 2025 at 12:25pm - 12:45pm of your behavior and language in side the office of the shop!

I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for great work, full transparency, fast turnaround, and no bs. Mike and the team are all incredibly and really know how to take care of their customers. I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else!
