Dropped my wheels off the night before paid in full 240 bucks and was told to return In the morning they would be ready for pick up, just give them an hour after they opened. The next morning I waited till 10 am. When I arrived expecting them them ready they weren't. I saw one of their techs leave and return with the tires. I ended up having to sit and wait til they mounted and balanced which was an hour of my time. Worst part was the tires some brand I never heard of. Never getting my buisness again.

Always great service. In and out with a patch in less than 30 minutes $20. PS I had the punctured tire in my trunk. Bill's has been here since I can remember, more than 35 years imo.

Customer Service is superb. As a young single female I dread getting any mechanical work done. They were very kind, very friendly and did not try to finesse me. I came in asking about a getting a tire. Turns out it was just a small nail in my tire. They patched it and sent me on my way. Service like this is rare nowadays. I certainly will be returning! :)
