I've used many U-Haul truck & trailer rental sources over the years but I have to give a thankful shout out to Ed at Bob & Son's Automotive Center. He went above & beyond to get us hitched up with a 4'x8' box trailer on our Ford Edge & safely on our way. We were able to get many runs to our storage units over a two day weekend. Even though Bob & Son's is closed on Sunday we were able to return the trailer & be on our way before the sun went down. This place is the best! We came here to rent a UHaul to help a First Time Homebuyer move and I feel as though I met an Angel. 1. I was so amazed at how clean the shop was, it was immaculate! 2. Everyone there was friendly and kind, Ed was the absolute greatest. 3. As I heard interacting with a repair customer I could immediately tell that They do not price hike, fake work that other shops make you pay for and never do; and they certainly do not quote and or upsell you on things you don't need! This shop and this family, do the right thing and they take care of customers like they are family. But that's exactly what you would expect when you have a family owned and operated business that's been around for an amazing 80yrs! Do not look any further than this Small Local Shop when you need auto work. The bonus, this is also a #VeteranOwned Business with pride for this country and the work they do.

I haven't used Bob yet, but I will do so b/c of his honesty on a job that I inquired about for my Jeep Wrangler. When I had priced the job at Firestone, I was given a different price from different salesmen/shop guys. Keeping in mind that I realize what the part costs, I was given a price of $600-$1000 from Firestone in Turnersville. Talk about taking advantage!! wow! In all fairness, I did already have the vehicle at Firestone and talked to the manager about the better price at Bob's. The manager told me that he would match the price from Bob's quote and I decided to keep my jeep there because they were able to do the job immediately. The whole point of this review is that it was a pleasure to call and speak to Bob and get an honest price in the part and the labor. Unfortunately, he wasn't unable to get my Jeep in his shop until Monday, so I opted to have Firestone match his price. I will be trying out Bob's shop in the near future for my automotive needs. I need another trustworthy mechanic! Fingers crossed!
