Came in on Monday March 2 to purchase a battery and to install. We'll i was told that since there are only 2 employees working and one is a minor that they will not be able to install it this evening. So fine I asked when will someone be able to install in the evening, I was told that Tuesday maybe not but definitely on Wednesday March 4. Ok so I return to the store that evening and the same 2 people are working and they can't do it again. The battery costs $157. And I will gladly go to Advance Auto Parts and spend my money there !!! This is ridiculous, do you guys provide this service or not ?? Thanks for Nothing. Was trying give ZERO Stars, but I can't. Really they deserve less than this 1 Star !!

I just had my battery changed today by the Store employee ANGEL he went above and beyond assisted me in ways he didn’t have to, and did it all with a pleasant personality I applaud AutoZone for their customer service and the way the employee handled me from start to finish Great job ANGEL Returned on August 27th, 2025 I came to AutoZone in Carteret very worried. My car gave me a check engine light and I thought I would have to spend a lot of money to fix it. I was very lucky to meet Dennis the store manager. He not only diagnosed my car, but he explained everything in detail and I left out of there with no worries. Great job Dennis and AutoZone. Thank you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
