Unfortunately, my experience was very negative after the change in ownership of this shop. I brought my car in to have the alternator replaced and was charged around $740 in labor alone, with the claim that the job took 7 hours, which I find completely unreasonable for this type of repair. This was never clearly explained beforehand. Shortly after, during a visit to a tire shop, I was informed that there was a cracked part on my vehicle — something that could and should have been identified during the previous service, especially since work had already been done in that area. This shows a lack of proper inspection and attention to the customer. Overall, it feels like after the change in ownership, the priority became profit rather than transparency and customer trust. I do not recommend this shop and do not plan to return.

Driving home from a long trip today, I noticed that my car's tire pressure light was on. I pulled over the garage, trying to find an air pump to inflate the tires, but didn't see one. I went into the garage office for help. The guy (manager or owner ?) behind the desk offered to take a look at the tires right away. He then inflated all 4 tires to the recommended PSI and took time explaining what to do if the tire pressure light does not go off. He provided all the services for free. I really appreciate his kindness and courteous service. This garage will be my go-to for services in the future. Thank you!

Good old-fashioned service station: I needed to get air in my tires, which takes four quarters (naturally, I only had 3). I went to get change, unfortunately, I only had a $20 on me. The manager smiled & handed me a quarter out of his own pocket. Afterwards, as a courtesy, I went ahead and got gas (even though I already had a nearly full tank). I will gladly go here again.
