I had my car towed however it kind of worked out in my favor. They were kind enough not to charge for the tow and savaged the vehicle for me. Good dude the owner & staff gave me good info moving forward!

My vehicle was towed by this entity at the direction of FTPD after an accident at which I was not at fault for. The tow truck driver themselves was helpful and gave me their business card after the collision. Numerous items went missing from my vehicle after being towed, including: cash, a gym bag, and a dash camera. The Township of Franklin should not be contracting with a business which takes your belongings after being in a car accident.

Our car was totaled in an accident and was towed to Anthony Motor's junkyard. My wife and I were taken to the hospital by ambulance. (My wife ended up with a broken neck.) Once I was able to rent a car I called ahead to see if I could retrieve my belongings from my car. I was told they close at 5:00 and I asked if someone could stick around until I arrived. When I got there someone was just locking up the gate and I asked permission to go inside and retrieve my belongings. The attendant wouldn't let me go in saying "he was on his own time." He wouldn't let me in, didn't lock the gate, and just sat in his truck and we yelled at each other for 20 minutes. At this point I tried walking into the junkyard and he then jumped out of his truck, pull me by the arm, and yanked me outside the gate. I then called the police and he still just stayed in his truck. When the police arrived I explained my situation and the police were very sympathetic towards me but after talking to this man he still wouldn't let me have access to my car. I then continue to persuade the officers to try to persuade this man to give me 10 minutes to go inside and retrieve my belongings. The officers finally came back to me and said he would let me in if I gave him $50. I paid the $50.
