We always brought our vehicles to the dealership. We felt every visit was a major expense. Our daughter recommended John’s Auto in our home town, East Windsor, six months ago. Since then we have brought four of our family vehicles there. The service, evaluation, and value has been great. Craig has been the person we have worked with each time. He’s friendly, honest, and straight forward. I highly recommend. .

My car was misfiring like crazy and brought it in for them to take a look at. My car is older and was waiting to get upsold on a bunch of other stuff. This did NOT happen. They were able to pinpoint to a single part and it was replaced. Very honest guys. Would recommend to others.

Man, I wish I lived closer to this garage, it would be my go-to garage for trustworthy and reasonable service. I want to recognize Craig in particular. Long story short, my car broke down driving I-95 (200 miles from home) on the way to JFK airport to drop my son off for a flight. I was able to make it to John’s Auto repair, and Craig took the time with me to personally look over the car and diagnose the issue. It ended up being a bad alternator (original unit that finally failed after $215K miles) and despite requiring more significant time to repair Craig knew I was from out of town and did all he could to get the repairs done the very same day. Ultimately my son ended up making his flight, and thanks to Craig’s care and attention I was able to drive back home with a new installed alternator (plus battery and oil change) later that afternoon, thereby avoiding having to drive back and forth from home after waiting for the repairs to be made. Craig is just an honest and good guy. While I was waiting during the repair process, he was friendly towards all the customers who came in. He helped give extra attention to some of the more senior customers who needed additional assistance. I can’t thank him enough for the experience. This shop cares about its customers.
