I can’t say enough good things about the tow truck driver who helped me when my Jetta broke down. Being stranded is never fun, but he completely turned the situation around with his professionalism and positive attitude. He arrived quickly, handled my car with great care, and made sure my Jetta was loaded safely without any additional damage. It was clear he really knows what he’s doing. He also took the time to explain everything, which gave me a lot of peace of mind during a stressful moment. On top of that, he was incredibly friendly and respectful the entire time. What could have been a terrible day ended up feeling manageable thanks to his help. If you ever find yourself needing a tow, I highly recommend this driver.
