I want to give a huge thank you to Dave Schulte at D & M Autobody for his honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help when I needed it most. After an accident, I brought my Jeep to a few different body shops for an inspection. Dave was the only one who took the time to thoroughly look underneath the vehicle, and he immediately identified that the frame had buckled — something the other shops completely missed. His attention to detail and experience were obvious right away. At the time, I was still considering whether I might pay for the repairs out of pocket. Instead of simply writing up an estimate, Dave was straightforward with me and explained that the damage would very likely result in the vehicle being declared a total loss if I filed an insurance claim. That kind of honesty was incredibly helpful and allowed me to make an informed decision. When I ultimately did file a claim and the insurance company’s shop came back with a low estimate, Dave stepped in and helped write a proper supplement based on the real damage. Because of his expertise and willingness to help, the insurance company ultimately declared the vehicle a total loss — and I didn’t even have to leave the car for a full teardown while the claim was being sorted out. That gave me the flexibility to continue driving the vehicle while I evaluated my settlement and searched for a replacement. What’s remarkable is that Dave and his shop did all of this without making a single penny from the situation. He simply wanted to help make sure things were handled correctly. That level of integrity is rare. If I ever need body work in the future, there’s no question where I’ll be going. I highly recommend Dave and the team at D & M Autobody.

I was referred to D&M Auto Body by two individuals and it was the best experience I have ever had with car repairs. I can now honestly say - the referrals were spot on - they are the best. From the moment I was walking in the door - they were extremely friendly - one of the estimators opened and held the door open as I entered and the two ladies at the front desk were also friendly and professional. I completed all my business with Bob and he went out of his way to make it a very pleasant experience - They were able to make the repairs I needed in this case while I waited and did an absolute great job. I hope I never have to return to D&M, however if the need arises they will be the only auto body place I consider - They are the best and I wish there were more stars to give them. Kudos to Bob and the ladies at the desk for treating people as they should be treated.
