They took the time to explain everything that was going on with my vehicle in a friendly manner without making things over-complicated. Great experience with the Wall Automotive team. My daughter's car had a weird rattle, I dropped it off and got a call later that morning that a heat shield was loose, they fixed that and gave me a list of a few things that needed attention. I've had other shops give me the never ending "fix list" but this one was reasonable and all sounded right to me. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Will definitely go back.
