BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! ***If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD*** They sold me and my niece a Chevy Tahoe with a blown transmission that they KNEW was messed up and acted like it was in perfect condition- She is a 19 year old girl who went alone without me ( it was mine and her money we were BOTH the customers) just to look around and they manipulated her into buying this vehicle and not only that but they SERIOUSLY overcharged her - All in it was a 30k loan they pushed her into for a car that has 133k miles and trans/engine issues!!! The same day she pulled off the lot THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT TURNED ON!!!- she called them immediately- they had her come back to "fix it" and all they did was reset the code to turn the light off and did NOT actually FIX ANYTHING - THEY TOOK FULL ADVANTAGE AND THEY SOLD HER A FAKE WARRANTY THAT HAS A FAKE AUTOMATED MESSAGE THAT LEADS TO NOWHERE- She is now STUCK in a $30,000 loan WITH A CAR THAT DOES NOT EVEN WORK NOW BECAUSE THE TRANSMISSION IS BLOWN - BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE AND DO N O T USE THIS COMPANY FOR A N Y T H I N G AT ALLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHAME ON YOU FOR WHAT YOURE DOING TO PEOPLE - AFTER READING THE OTHER REVIEWS THIS IS A NORMAL OCCARUANCE THAT HAPPENS DAILY HERE AND THEY GET SOME REVIEWS REMOVED SO IMAGINE HOW MANY OTHERS THERE ARE OUT THERE BUYER BEWARE ------------------- zero stars a million times over I hope someone finally sues them and puts a stop to their illegal MESSED UP behavior and ROBBING hard working people.

Our experience with Dave at Auto Direct was appalling. After the dealership mishandled paperwork and delayed the DMV registration, it caused a string of issues — all rooted in their own lack of organization and accountability. When my sister and young niece tried to follow up, Dave responded by yelling profanity at them. An adult man shouting at two women — absolutely disgraceful. It was so unacceptable that his own brother privately apologized and acknowledged Dave’s behavior was inexcusable. That alone speaks volumes. They sell vehicles with issues, overpromise, underdeliver, and dodge all responsibility when things go wrong. What’s worse is how Dave speaks to women — condescending, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. Frankly, it’s a good thing it was just my sister and niece who dealt with him. Had it had been me in person the situation would’ve demanded a much more serious conversation. It’s a reflection of how upsetting and inappropriate his behavior truly was. A complaint has been filed with the BBB. If you care about being treated with decency and respect, avoid this place at all costs. May the universe deal with David in this life and the next.
