We had our son’s car repaired at the Maaco location in Maple Shade and we were ‘extremely’ happy with the work!! Initially, we were not sure because we have never been in this predicament. However, we were pleasantly surprised! Not just with the impeccable work that was done on the car, but how pleasant everyone was during the process. Even the ladies at the front desk were professional, empathetic, friendly and kept us updated the entire time. They get five stars from us!!!!

I recently had work done at Maaco and had a very positive experience. The service was quick, efficient, and well-organized from start to finish. The General Manager, Robin, was especially great to work with—professional, attentive, and clearly committed to making sure customers feel supported throughout the process. The pricing fell in the mid-range for the type of work I needed (that is why I gave a 4/5 - I am cheap), but considering the quality of the results, I truly believe the value was excellent. In fact, I suspect the work may even rival what you I might have received. What stood out the most was the level of care and customer support. The team took the time to communicate clearly, address questions, and make sure everything was done right. That level of service is not always easy to find. Overall, if you're looking for quality work, fair pricing, and a team that genuinely cares about the customer experience, I would definitely recommend Maaco, Maple Shade especially with Robin leading the way.

I just need to thank everyone at this maaco location. Nina was amazing to work with and made sure the job was done right and up to expectations. The painter couldn't have done a better job with car. All the parts came out incredible. The blend work was perfect. The body work on the fiberglass couldn't have been any better. I 100% recommend this shop and will be back for more work. Great job y'all ?
