I recently had a nightmarish experience at my business. The underground plumbing explosion was extensive. I was in desperate need of help to remove yucky sewer water. I called and explained my situation to a rep from NJ Water and Mold removal. They were understanding, prompt and professional. The cost was very reasonable. It's been about 2 weeks now and the fresh lemony smell is still around. My customers are still commenting about how nice the aroma is.

Norma quickly took my information when I called as it was an immediate emergency and she had Troy call me right away. He came out within the hour! I was very happy with Troy's knowledge, professionalism and how quickly he and his team came out to start cleaning up. He provided progress photos throughout (for insurance purposes too) covered all remaining/salvaged furniture and was willing to work through me on behalf of my clients. Everyone was great. The team was very clear on what steps were being taken and very friendly in a stressful situation. Due to their quick response I didn’t not have to have my ceilings torn up. The drying was quick and a great solve for the flooding we had. I would use them again and highly recommend. I found them on google and used them as they had great reviews and definitely agree with them.
