Update. First of all, all the previous good reviews belong to a different group of people who sold their place to these crooks. No response after 2 weeks, great. Lucky to be alive to post this review. Took my car for a basic service there 2 days ago. Didn’t drive it since then besides a couple of very short trips. First, they flat-out lied on the phone and doubled down in person that my car’s maintenance schedule requires coolant and break fluids flushed at 30k miles. Not that something is wrong with the fluids, but that it’s a requirement. I refused this upsell. The schedule is attached. Then, while driving on the highway at 80 mph, my car rebooted. There were no warning lights on the dashboard, so I kept driving to reach my destination and planned to check that issue there. About 30 minutes later, it happened again. I got a check engine light and a couple of other warnings. I drove to AutoZone where they scanned my car and told me that it was a battery connection issue. The battery terminals were not tightened. EG worked on my car and sent it back onto the highway in an unsafe condition. A loose battery connection at highway speed could have caused a serious accident. Next time they’ll forget to tighten the wheels too. Stay away.

Joe and Pete are always great. They always make you feel like your family. Their employees are all top notch and know what they are doing. Over in for my right directional bulb out which they replaced and found that my right front suspension needed to be tightened so my steering would improve. And to put the icing on on the cake they gave me two tires when they noticed steel threads coming through the rubber.
