I had such a positive experience at Pep Boys that I felt compelled to leave a review. From the very first phone call, they were kind, patient, and able to get me in for a same-day appointment, which was great. When I arrived, Jeff coordinated everything and made the whole process feel organized and seamless. They found a nail in my tire and patched it while I waited. It was a relief that they could fix it easily. What I really appreciated, though, was that they didn’t just fix the immediate issue and send me on my way; they did additional checks, including testing my battery, and let me know it may need replacing in the near future. I’m grateful they caught it proactively, and they even gave me a coupon to use when the time comes. The location itself is comfortable, with multiple waiting areas and a coffee machine, which made the wait easy. And while I was there, I couldn’t help but overhear other customer interactions — every single one was handled with the same kindness and personalized attention. People were genuinely leaving there appreciative. This isn’t even the closest Pep Boys to me, but I would absolutely drive out of my way to come back to this location. That says a lot. Highly recommend.

Jenn gave superior experience. When I arrived into the store Jenn immediately listened to my concern reassured me she would take care of my concern. My vehicle was taken in right away. Jenn was very communicative and was able to take care of my concern right away. I had my vehicle back within a few hours. I am very satisfied with the exceptional service that Jenn provided. I would have to say that this was the best customer service from any company with any product or any service that I have experienced. The store manager was fantastic. She knew what she was talking about was able to give me a quote was able to explain problems, and did it in a timely fashion. I was extremely impressed and have already referred people. I would not hesitate to go back there. As a matter of fact, I will probably now go there for all of my maintenance and repairs on my car.
