Be wary— you will get scammed here. Disorganized and deceitful. I came in at noon and had to prod around to find someone to talk to. No one acknowledges you, saying hello, etc. I had a list of things to get done so I wrote it all down. Was told to come back in 1-2 hrs so I came back at 2. When I got back I found out they hadn’t started on my car because “they had to eat lunch and hadn’t gotten to it yet.” And when I asked how much longer, the owner just said “a bit longer” and wouldn’t specify. I finally talked to another employee and he was more helpful. Asked me to point to where my car was and come back in 1-2 hrs again. When I got back they had changed the engine and cabin air filter without permission and charged me $40 for both ($80). Insisted that they had to be done because both were dirty. The cabin air filter had been changed 3 weeks ago so it definitely did NOT need to be changed. TLDR: unprofessional, will try to scam you, poor communication

I went in for an oil change, and they charged me $180. The oil change was $70. Most places include replacing a filter, but this place charged me an extra $50. I asked them to take a look at the brakes and muffler to see if there are any problems. There weren't, but they charged me just for looking anyway. This place is a ripoff.
