After living in New Jersey for 20 years, I have finally found an auto repair shop run by an honest and hardworking owner whom I can trust. Every time I went to the dealership for an oil change, they would send me a list of recommended repairs that I didn’t fully understand, along with a request for approval. Recently, they sent me an estimate that included replacing two air filters, tire rotation, brake fluid replacement, and six other services, totaling around $1,300 if approved. I declined all the suggested repairs and decided to take my car to an auto repair shop that my company uses for fleet maintenance. When I spoke with the shop owner, he thoroughly inspected my car and provided an estimate using genuine manufacturer parts. The price was so reasonable that I was honestly surprised. This repair shop does not push unnecessary services and only performs the work that is truly needed. Our battery went out last time at a bakery, he happened to be there to help fix our car for free. He offered his business car. Months later, we came in the morning without an appointment for an Ignition coil replacement. The owner ordered the supply and retrieved it in 15 mins, then, replaced our car part in 10 mins, and we were off to go. He explained why he purchased the part from a particular brand and what he's going to fix. He was korean chatgpt for cars. We were surprised to how much he charged, we felt he charged too cheap especially in this economy.

I am not a mechanic but I try to fix everything by myself if I could. Some stuffs I can not fix myself because I do not have specific tools I needed for the jobs. The owner is such a honest guy and professional mechanic. I tried so many shops here in the palisades park and they always tried to sell me services that I do not need. This shop is the best auto shop in the palisades park. And the best part is the price of repairs are extremely satisfying.
