I visited Pep Boys today for tire installation and had an excellent experience. The manager was professional and attentive, and the service provided was efficient and high quality. The facility was clean, modern, and well maintained. I was assisted promptly and completed my service in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this location. The manager took the time to explain to me. What service is highly recommended to do on my vehicle The next time I come in for an oil change, he explained what it is why and how it can benefit me excellent service

Five stars for the team at Pep Boys. The level of courtesy from the front desk to the technicians was appreciated They were transparent about pricing , quality and the turnaround time was excellent. It’s clear they run a tight ship here. I’ll definitely be back for my next service!

After a big snowstorm, and very cold weather, my car battery was dead. Pep Boys in Pompton Plains was open, when no one else was. Got me in and out with a new battery in less than 15 mins. They were reasonably priced and the service techs were very polite and accommodating. A few days later, I had a nail in one of my tires. Back to Pep Boys for the same, excellent service. I will be using them again for future services. Great Job! Thank you Pep Boys.
