In my experience, this was the worst customer service experience I’ve had with any company in years. I had been bringing my vehicles to this location for over 15 years when it operated under the previous owner, Jay, and the prior shop name. During that time I never had a single problem. Jay ran a quality operation and this situation never would have happened. I assumed the location was still under the same ownership and that the name had simply changed — that was clearly not the case. They were repairing rear-end damage on my vehicle, and during the process my passenger door was scratched — an area completely unrelated to the repair. I was initially told it would be taken care of, but when I returned they denied responsibility. While I was there, other customers were complaining about similar issues and said they would not be returning. Monica at the front desk was doing her best to keep the situation calm and professional, but Service Advisor Sam and GM John Morroni offered nothing but excuses. When I raised my concerns, John stood there with a blank, disengaged expression and told me he didn’t care if I contacted my insurance company to complain. I chose this shop because I trusted the reputation this location had under the previous owner. Unfortunately, based on my experience, that reputation clearly no longer applies. Crash Champions corporate should take a serious look at how this location is being managed before more customers have the same experience.

I was recommended to Crash Champions by my insurance company after hitting a narrow wall leaving a parking garage. I was immediately greeted by warm and welcoming Monica, who assured me my car would be taken care of as soon as possible, as I was in my last trimester of pregnancy. Of course an accident this late in pregnancy caused me some anxiety, but Monica assured me I would be taken care of. She didn’t disappoint, and neither did the work performed on my car. Crash Champions went out of their way to quickly work on my car and it looks good as new!

The best compliment I can give is that my truck looks like no work was done. I LOVE my truck, it has a very deep metal flake black paint, crazy plasti-dipped badging, and a ton of personality. Damaging my truck was a huge blow… However the professionals at Crash Champions Randolph CRUSHED my repairs. They were friendly and helpful from the start. Monica at the front desk was the best point person you could hope for. Through texts, and phone calls, they kept me up to date every step of the way. The final product is perfect. If I EVER need any service like that again, there will be no question where I go. They took a situation I was quite upset about, and completely delivered on the work they were asked to do
