I went in for a full service on my 2018 Lexus RX 350L. I met with Jason the owner who was very welcoming. We discussed all the work to be done in detail which matched exactly as to what the Dealer was going to do. Jason's price to do the work was exceptional and more than fair. The Dealer was double the price of Jason. When I picked up my vehicle it looked better and drove better than it has in years. I will never go back to the overpriced Dealer ever again. Jason's service was exceptional and the shop was nicer and cleaner than I could've hoped for. First class across every aspect of this experience. Keep up the great work and customer service. I highly recommend this business to all and I'm sure you will have as great of an experience as I did. AAA+

My son stopped into town auto repair to get an estimate on repairing his front end due to damages from hitting a deer. Jay (the owner) called me and explained the car was unsafe for my son to drive and would drive him home. We left the car with him and he dealt with our insurance adjuster and helped us navigate the claim process. He answered his phone every time we had questions and texted back right away when I needed follow up. As he wrapped up fixing the car, he noticed there was an oil leak in the engine and provided an estimate to repair it. We had a brand new engine put in a week prior by a different auto shop so imagine my surprise when he told us it was not new and had leaks in 3 different areas. He brought us into the shop and placed the car on the lift and went over in detail where all the leaks were and showed us the rust and ware on the engine we paid for under the impression it was brand new. Jay printed his estimate and supported us via phone as we took the car back to the other provider to have the engine redone. He spoke to the manager of that auto shop on our behalf and got them to agree to redo the job the correct way and told them he would be reinspecting their work at completion. WOW!!! I am still HUMBLED by his passion for customer service and the time he took from his day to help FIGHT our FIGHT with another auto shop. HE DID NOT HAVE TO DO THIS!!!! In a time when people want to get paid and move on, he showed compassion and kindness. We all hope that when we take our cars in for repair they do a good job however it’s rare when you find someone who not only exceeds expectations at their job but treats you like family and doesn’t focus on “what’s in it for me” Thanks for being “HUMAN” Jay, you’ve earned a customer for life!

I can’t recommend this shop enough! Jay and his team went out their way to take care of my cars and make the entire process stress-free. It’s hard to find an honest mechanic, but they were transparent, explained everything clearly, and gave me a very fair price. I really appreciated the extra effort and great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Towne Auto Repairs to others!
