First time visiting the shop I got my auxiliary battery replaced, this was my second visit to repair a damaged coolant hose. Joe was very helpful and informative had my car out of the shop in no time! Great customer service ! Definitely recommend! Thanks again Joe

Absolutely LOVE this place. You can walk in, tell them about your issue and 99% of the time they will fix it for you right there/same day. No dropping off your car and waiting 4 days until they even work on it, like most other places. The prices are fair and they are not pushy at upselling, they simply give you an invoice when they are done, with a breakdown of the total price and explain to you what issues they saw and to come back when you are ready. Honest people and quick service! Can't get any better. My only "complaint" is that they don't offer rides home/pick up if your job is long, but hey, that's not really their job. Highly recommended!!!

My car broke down as I was traveling from Connecticut to Washington DC My radiator belt broke I was able to pull into Union lube shop That location was the closest Oh boy, I was lucky I met Joe very nice guy And knowledgeable Joe did not take advantage of my situation He fixed my car and did couple of other repairs In an hour and a half I was on my way Thank you Joe AL
