If i could give this company 0 stars i would. I got my car towed to raleigh from whitesville, nc and was told 4 dollars a mile when i asked for an estimate, the worker gave no solid amount on how much the total would be so i’m guessing to pay 400-600 dollars for that trip. It’s just 2 girls stranded looking for help on what to do. i wanted to write this review so someone else in my situation doesn’t make the same mistake of calling this company. When i got the bill it came to about 870 dollars! i was unaware of two fees that were charged to me, i was never told of any service fee or “hook up” fee. Terrible business reputation and not forward with pricing. Do not recommend.

I was in a pickle. Roadside could not gind anyone. I was here on a work call and Thank God for Jamie . He was willing to come get me and winch the mess I made backing up too far. I am forever grateful An angel for sure. He waz also very fair Dont know why these companies say they are open 24 hours when they dont answer the phone at 11 PM. Thank you again Jamie for taking my call And than coming to help me.
