DO NOT USE THEM! This all started at 3pm for a tow from apex to Broadway just about 40min drive... they didnt get the car to me until 10pm. Would not answer the phone and when they did it was all lies. On top of all that they damaged the car in the process. When I called them about it I received a cuss word leaden denial and was told I was lying.

Great group of men working for this company. I called them for a tow and I was picked up within 20 minutes, the auto mechanic immediately diagnosed my car, called for parts, and had my car fixed within 24 hours and the total price was very reasonable. They also topped off the fluids in my car, and the owner double checked everything and gave me a run down of all activities. Thank you to this knowledgeable and hard working team.

This company picked up my request for a tow through my insurance around 830pm. Was given a estimate of 60-90 minutes for arrival. No tow truck ever showed up and ended up having to leave my vehicle in a neighborhood at 1130pm to have to deal with it the next day. Called many times over the time span with no answer. I would highly recommend to not use this company.
