1 star review due to poor attitude and disregard for clarity and truth. Was interested in ordering a part. Was quoted a part and then the arrangement changed. When I asked for details I instead got disrespect. Here is the conversation so you can judge for yourself: Eastern: This is the only one thats gonna fit 2014 lr2 that we have at the moment. 550.00 with free shipping to commercial address with loadiing dock or sent to terminal is the best we can do at the moment Me: Hello. I have made arragngements to be able to take delivery where I work which has a commercial warehouse with receiving docks. Just want to confirm that it fits a 2012 LR2 and that shipping is free per our prior email. If so, I can place the order today. Eastern: Yes we can get it shipped there Ebay may ask for additional shipping due to the size of freight Me: We had discussed free shipping at a purchase price of $550. Does that still stand? Eastern: No that is not how it works. The price in your cart is free shipping to commercial address. It will be extra to residential. Me: The address I gave is a commercial address in a commerially zoned area. There are no homes anywhere near there so confused as to why it is being treates as residential? Easter: The price in your cart is what it costs to ship to your address. That is free shipping. Eastern: It is not 550. Me: Sorry, but I am not following you. I do not have anything in my cart but just trying to confirm if the item will work and the total cost. Your earler message said "550.00 with free shipping to commercial address with loadiing dock or sent to terminal is the best we can do at the moment" . So thought the total cost was $550 to my commercial address. Was what you stated in the earlier message incorrect and shipping will be charged on top of the $550? Eastern:This is confusing to you. You should buy this somewhere else. So I did. Ended up getting a better price on the part and paying a flat rate on the shipping with no hassles. Unless you like dealing with this type, suggest you keep shopping as well.
