My experience was pretty much the same with them giving you a crazy price at check out and not giving prices or not accurate prices upon getting service..I was always suspicious of why they are always asking to keep your car or drop your car off, even for simple service that wouldn't take to keep it over night or necessary for drop off...and I'm seeing things in common with the people who has had bad experiences and terrible service from this place. Coincidence? Probably not..but these are the days of accountability.

Brought my vehicle in to get worked on, told them what I needed fixed. I had a vacuum leak, and the fuel ratio was too rich. While the repairs were done, it took over a month to replace 6 spark plugs and O2 sensor and the air filter. Communication skills are lacking, I called multiple times to get an update on the vehicle and figure out how much longer it would take. After being told multiple times “someone will call you tomorrow” no one called me “tomorrow” for several weeks. The vacuum leak which is very apparent was not fixed. I reckon if you’ve got plenty of time to waste and a spare vehicle to drive and low expectations you’ll probably be fine taking your vehicle here. I used to bring my vehicles here, I won’t anymore.
