We had a front axle pop out while going down a steep paved hill on Sugar Mountain at 5pm on Sunday.. My 2018 RAM 4x4 was crippled. Terry was our hero. He towed us down to his auto yard and removed our axle the next morning so we could make it back to FL on Tuesday. We skied Monday and our truck was ready before we were done. He picked us up from the Best Western. He went Above and beyond.

We had a flat tire and pulled in, even though the business was closed, the owner still sent someone to us to help us plug our tire and make it to the Exxon for repairs. Incredibly kind gesture of him and the man that came to help us. Can only imagine doing actual business with him would be just as good. So refreshing to still encounter good people who genuinely care.

Terry was absolutely amazing. I had a check engine light come on while visiting the mountains on my Ford Explorer. The Ford dealership in Boone wouldn't see me for over 2 weeks and neither would Flanagan's in Banner Elk. This was longer than I was even staying for my families vacation. Turns out it was a simple computer issue where the turbo was not kicking in to pull the vehicle up the hill. Terry fit me in same day and had the vehicle running back to normal within 4 hours. Best of all it was a great price for the work performed. Don't bother calling anyone else while your in the area, just give Terry a call.
