I had a terrible car accident and my car was towed there right around closing so by time I got there they had left for day (I didn't tell them I was coming). I had to get my stuff out. Even tho it was a Friday night they came back and waited patiently. Then a few days later they carefully combed the interior, finding things I had left behind, and mailed them to me and would not accept reimbursement for postage! These are truly good people. Get away from companies that have lost the human touch and trust this one, I am a hard sell and they sure won me over!
