At my car and not even hooked up yet and got charged 75$ just because he had to come all the way and its “in the system”. College student trying to get by and you need my money so bad. I can’t believe this. I am standing at my car and it’s not hooked yet. Unbelievable. Apparently cars were parked there all day, but I’m in a 20 minute meeting and it gets called. So unethical.

Very friendly and honest folk! Got stuck with a flat at home where there's no signal outside and they came out with only the basic information to flip it out for our spare. With no signal there wasn't a way to pull up a statement for us to pay, so the driver left with faith that he'd be able to call us later to get paid. Never got that call with the crappy signal, though! We drove into town to pay instead, but the trust shown was greatly appreciated.

A hilariously horrible towing company. I get it, you're a towing company, it's hard for really anyone to leave a positive review for you for any reason, but doing enough that people feel the need to go out of their way to write exceptionally negative reviews beyond "you towed my car" is pretty impressive to say the least. What was my experience? I lived in an apartment complex that they monitored every morning. I have to partially thank you for this, as one day I had woken up to someone banging on my door asking if I drove a subaru outback, and telling me to come outside. Low and behold, my sweet subaru was in the parking lot, absolutely crushed by a runaway towtruck from none other, than K&S towing. Apparently their driver had hopped out of the truck to look in the windshield of another car and forgotten to hit the E-break, which sent the truck right into the side of my car, as well as 2-3 others. So thanks, I guess, for the insurance payout and the massive few weeklong headache.
