I was at work and needed a tow company for my son's car so I called Mulls'. What a great choice I made. Customer service was awesome from the initial call, and them making a suggestion on what may the the issue. Even told me they would take it and drop it off at the shop so that way I wouldn't have 2 tow bills. The biggest thing was allowing me to wire the money since I wasn't able to leave work!! ???? Great job. I will definitely use this company again and make referrals as well.

We broke down on 74 and actually coasted into a BP station off of 74. A Trooper called Mull’s Towing and they promptly came out. He determined it was a bad alternator and had one delivered and fixed it on the spot. These guys were all a Godsend. We’re very thankful for their kindness and their mechanical abilities. All very good men!

I had an excellent experience with Mull’s towing this morning. Their customer service was excellent. AAA sent them out to take my car to the dealership. The owner, Mike, suggested another shop that could do the work at a much less expensive price and closer to home. I was told that the service could only be done at the dealership, but the mechanic at the other shop confirmed that he could do the work. I am so pleased that AAA sent Mull’s. This information has saved me a lot of money. And, Mike referred me to two local garages that could service my vehicle if I have any future needs.
