Amazing experience! He answered the phone on my first try contacting the company and was super friendly and helpful. I called around 2:15 PM on a Monday, and he picked up the car in less than an hour! Not to mention, the company is based in Yadkin County while the car was in Surry County. He picked up the car and sent me his card information to give to the vehicle’s owner. I was very pleased with his professionalism and politeness. I would definitely recommend Nathan from Valley Towing to everyone! Very happy customer :)
